6-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Strong Squad is committed to delivering high-quality products and stands behind every item we make. We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase on all products.

This warranty covers any issues related to workmanship and materials, including Stitching, Buckles, Snaps and any functional or structural defect.

If any item develops a fault within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and provide repair or replacement as needed. If the item cannot be repaired and is no longer available, we will offer a replacement of equal value.

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. If it’s a Strong Squad product and something goes wrong within six months—we’ll make it right.

We’ve made the process simple and hassle-free. If something doesn’t work out, don’t worry—you can handle returns and exchanges in just a few easy steps using our online system.

 

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO BEGIN YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. OUR SELF-SERVICE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE THE PROCESS QUICK AND STRAIGHTFORWARD.

Click on the “START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE” button and enter your Order Number.

Type in your ZIP or Postal Code, then select “Find My Order.”

Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Items eligible for return will be active; those not eligible will be greyed out.

Choose whether you’d like to return, exchange, or receive store credit. Select the reason, then follow the prompts to complete your request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns or exchanges on items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition—with all tags still attached—within 50 days of delivery. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Please note:

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges from orders placed outside of Canada.

Excessive pilling after 50 days is often due to improper care and won’t qualify as a defect.

Localized pilling caused by rubbing or friction will not be accepted as a manufacturer defect.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted or clearance items.

If you’re making an exchange, we’ll provide a return shipping label at no cost. For refunds, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Return requests are processed Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or card provider to finalize the refund.

REFUND POLICY

At Strong Squad, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 2 weeks from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Please note: Items labeled as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Refunds are for product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
